Refund Policy
Our commitment to transparency and client satisfaction.
1. Overview
At Global Media, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital marketing and development services. Because our work involves significant time, strategy, and allocated digital resources, our refund policies are structured to protect both our operational integrity and your investment.
2. Service Retainers & Marketing Campaigns
For ongoing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Ads management (Google/Meta), fees are generally charged at the beginning of the billing cycle.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your retainer with a 30-day written notice. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Ad Spend: Any budget deposited directly to advertising platforms (Google, Meta) is strictly governed by the refund policies of those exact platforms and is non-refundable by Global Media.
3. Web Design & Development Projects
For fixed-price development or design projects, payments are typically milestone-based (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon completion).
- Initial Deposit: The initial deposit is non-refundable once architectural work or design mockups have commenced.
- Mid-Project Termination: If you choose to terminate the project before completion, you will be billed for all hours logged and premium assets purchased up to the date of cancellation. If the deposit exceeds the value of work completed, the remaining balance will be refunded.
4. Dispute Resolution & Exceptional Circumstances
We value long-term partnerships. If you are unsatisfied with our digital output, we mandate a dispute resolution period where our senior strategists will attempt to rectify the issue at no additional cost before discussing refunds. Full refunds are only issued in the event of documented, objective failure to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work.
5. Contact for Billing Inquiries
